The problem01

People posting jobs and people doing them needed one product that worked equally well in French, Arabic and English, on a laptop and on a phone.

The approach02

Language and direction were designed in from the first screen, not translated in afterwards. The web app and the phone apps share one backend, so a job posted on one shows up on the other.
